There is not enough space to rest the whole plate when the vehicle is lifted onto the bench so the support rod is detached and positioned directly on the lift using the magnets. The rubber nozzle is also connected to the bar by means of a powerful magnet so that it can be easily positioned in correspondence with the exhaust outlet.
