An external metal wire is sewn into the hose wall together with a high-temperature protection strip. Each end is reinforced with spiral-free cuffs to improve durability and connection stability.

Flexible hoses resistant up to 700°C

For more demanding applications, WORKY can specify a flexible hose resistant up to 700°C. This is a three-layer hose externally reinforced with metal wire and equipped with a high-temperature protection strip sewn into the wall. The ends are reinforced with spiral-free cuffs, helping the hose withstand harsher operating conditions.

Flexible hoses resistant up to 1,000°C

Where extremely high temperatures are involved, WORKY can provide a flexible hose resistant up to 1,000°C. This hose is manufactured from two layers of silica and vermiculite fabric combined with Inconel glass fabric, reinforced with an external metal wire sewn into the wall with a high-temperature anti-slip protection strip. Each end is reinforced with spiral-free cuffs.

Metal and stainless-steel nozzles for high temperatures

In high-temperature applications, the nozzle is just as important as the hose. Special metal or stainless-steel exhaust nozzles help ensure resistance to the heat generated by specific vehicles, engines and generator sets.
